COMPLETION OF PURCHASE
Completion of purchase here on www.kochihaircare.com is made very easy. You press "add to cart" on the product you want to buy. Then the item will be stored in your shopping cart, so you can easily continue shopping or go directly to checkout for payment. There you simply select shipping and payment method and then enter your contact and delivery address.
Once you have completed a trade with us, you accept and agree to our terms. When trading an item, you approve and agree to the product's information and comments.
PRIVACY, SECURITY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
In connection with the order, you agree that kochihaircare stores and uses your information. We do this to fulfill our obligations to you. We also document all communication we have with you via e-mail, in order to offer the service that you expect from us. kochihaircare will not disclose your personal information to third parties. Under the Privacy Act, you need, once a year, the right to be a part of the information we have stored about you. We reserve the right to use e-mail / telephone numbers to send marketing and newsletters
All our prices include VAT. and ex. shipping unless we have a "free shipping campaign" then the customer does not pay for shipping. Our prices may vary and we therefore reserve the right to change prices in relation to the market and other factors. We also make reservations about typing / printing errors on our website.
When canceling an order item, a transaction fee of 10% will be charged. When canceling an item that is in stock in Norway, there will be no fees.
When canceling an item that has been sent for delivery, a cancellation fee of USD 4,9 will occur.
The payment methods we have are: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Vipps and Klarna. If you as a customer pay by card, the purchase price will be charged the same day. When paying via Vipps, the amount will only be reserved until the order has been processed and sent from stock. When paying via Klarna, you have 14 days to pay the invoice from the date we process your order (not from the time you place the order on kochihaircare.com).
DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
The customer chooses the delivery method of the product himself at checkout. The delivery time for goods that are in the main warehouse is normally 1-5 days (depending on where in the country the product is to be shipped). In case products have high demand, longer delivery times may occur. If we are empty of the item in the main warehouse, the delivery time can be up to 2 months (then we will provide information about this in the individual article to which this applies). When ordering in advance, we will state the earliest and latest delivery date for the individual item. If something else applies, we will write this in the individual article to which this applies.
www.kochihaircare.com is responsible for the item until it is delivered to the customer.
The customer is responsible for picking up the item at any post office and if the item is not picked up within 14 days, a return fee will be charged corresponding to the shipping to the customer. It is also the customer's responsibility to call for the item if it has not been received within the expected delivery time. The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address - and is responsible for paying shipping (both ways) if the item is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal applies to the online store, kochihaircare.com. According to Norwegian law (Right of Withdrawal Act), customers have the right to regret a purchase. If you as a customer regret your purchase with us, this must be reported within 14 days after the item has been received. In order for the right of withdrawal to be valid, the item must be returned in the condition the customer received and within a reasonable time. The customer is responsible for the risk of return transport and must cover any costs in connection with return shipping.

DAMAGED GOODS AND COMPLAINTS RIGHT
When you receive your order, it is important to check the goods for damage or defects. Should the item be damaged , you can contact us here for further instructions. You have a two-year right of complaint in accordance with Norwegian law.
RETURN / EXCHANGE OF GOODS
When returning an item, the customer is responsible for the risk of return transport and must cover any costs in connection with return shipping. When exchanging an item, the customer is responsible for any costs in connection with return shipping.
In the event of a refund of the amount after cancellation of an order or by exercising the right of withdrawal, the refund of the amount will only be made when:
The amount is registered in our account or
The product is received in return and in the condition we sent the item
If the item has been shipped and / or delivered, shipping costs will not be refunded unless there is a defect in the product or an error has been delivered.
